Composed in part as a response to the then recent Brexit debacle, the consumption of media and the monotony of travel Grin and Bear It combines field recording, cut-up samples, music and voice to create a humorous narrative with a serious point.

Created for "The Next Station", a remix project by Cities & Memory launched in August 2016. Using field recordings from a sound-map of the London Underground, the project featured remixes from over 100 artists. The project (and my work particularly) received a great deal of press, the Guardian and the BBC among others, and my track along with thirteen others were then chosen to feature on the hi-lights album published late Sept. 2016.
